Supernatural hunters are on the case of a mysterious 10ft tall beast which left dismembered deer legs strewn across a road.
The “killer creature” was spotted roaming near the scene of the deer massacre, by Aaron Finch, 30, who said he saw something “darker than the night” running across the A18 in Lincolnshire.
Aaron, who is the co-host of the podcast “Realm of the Supernatural podcast” is now investigating the phenomenon – Lincolnshire Live reports.
His fellow host Lee Solway, 35, has now made an appeal to locate the strange creature, asking anyone who has seen something like “a big cat”, to get in touch.
The pair are also not ruling out that the shadowy creature is a kind of bigfoot.
Aaron says he saw the creature Kirmington near Humberside Airport and then returned to the scene with Lee to find rip in a fence, along with the deer remains.
Speaking to Hull Live, Lee said: “When we went back to the scene it was bizarre, there was no blood or evidence at the scene which was strange.
“Aaron even mentioned how the rabbits were steering clear of the side of the road and running in the road, we thought that was so bizarre.
“He thought it was a ghost at first, he could see it had a humanoid form but it was darker than night and it just moved across the road.
“We went back the next day and there was a hole in the bottom of the hedgerow so something could have crossed there.”
Soon after Aaron spotted and photographed two “deer legs” in the middle of the road nearby.
“I just think that’s a little bit strange,” Lee said.
“The picture quality isn’t great as it was taken from inside the car because he was a bit creeped out.
“You tell people about it and they say it’s just poachers, and yes that does go on but why would a poacher stop on the A18 to butcher a deer carcass?”
According to Mr Solway, another couple had sighted a similar-looking creature near Caenby Corner, where they told him it was so big it blocked their light of the taillights of the car in front.
He said a “black mass about 10ft tall” had recently been seen crossing the A18 near Humberside Airport, first by an elderly couple and then by his co-host ‘Finchy’.
“South of the river [Humber] there’s been quite a few sightings of a half-deer, half-man creature very similar to the ‘puca’ in Celtic folklore,” Lee said.
“You also get Bigfoot sightings that run up and down the A15.”
Discussing the various sightings, Mr Solway remarked: “I believe everyone has a story like this, some people will shrug it off and won’t believe things like this but most will have their own story to tell.”
Mr Solway and Mr Finch are keen to gather as many reports as possible ahead of their talk at the Research and Witness Convention in Hull in March.
“We would like to hear from as many people as possible, the more stories we hear, the more normal this sort of thing will become,” Mr Solway added.
