CARTERVILLE (WSIL) — Heat, humidity, and mostly clear skies hang around before we begin to feel the impacts of Cristobal.
Highs Saturday look likely to climb into the low 90s, and with dew points in the 60s and 70s, its going to feel like upper 90s, with some getting close to heat indices in the triple digits. The main driver behind the heat will be abundant sunshine both Saturday and Sunday. Mostly Sunny skies remain the forecast for the remainder of the weekend.
Cristobal will likely bring clouds into the forecast as soon as Monday morning, and rain early Tuesday morning.
